About pricing.

Why isn't pricing posted?

Because it depends on real things — firm size, practice areas, agent selection — and we'd rather have a fifteen-minute conversation than ship a fake number. We're not running a discovery gauntlet; we just want to quote you fairly.

Why is hardware included?

Because the architecture depends on it. We ship an appliance configured the way Veridis needs it — lockdown profile, FileVault, our software pre-installed. Treating it as a separate line item would invite misconfiguration.

Is there a per-seat fee?

No. The price reflects firm size at signing and the agents you hire. Add an associate mid-year and it costs nothing extra. Cross a tier at renewal and the next year's price adjusts.

Do I have to take both agents?

No. Cassia is the entry point — most firms start there. Solon is added separately when the firm wants reasoned analysis ready for attorney review. The team grows on your timeline.

What does the 30-day pilot include?

Cassia on a real matter set you choose. We install, you use her, you decide. Pilots convert at the standard rate; we do not raise the price after a successful pilot.

What happens if we cancel?

You return the hardware (or buy it at residual value) and the agents stop running. Your indexed documents remain yours; the on-device store is portable.
